Campbell was born and raised in Seadrift, Texas and is a native to
the Texas Coastal Bend's pristine bay systems and water complexes.
Equipped with a fishing instinct that far outweighs others, plus
knowing these waters like the back of his hand, he concentrates his
efforts from the Port O'Connor/Port Lavaca to Rockport and Port
Aransas areas of Texas. His experience and knowledge as a
commercial fishing captain in earlier years makes Capt. Jackie one
of the most popular fly fishing and sightcasting authorities in the
area when fishing for Redfish and Trout as well Black Drum and
Flounder. Also, he is considered to be one of the foremost
Coastal Bend fishing guides for Tarpon and Jack Crevalle in the Gulf
of Mexico too!

of experience, he specializes in "Fly Fishing" and "Sightcasting

reels using lures (No bait fishing offered.) You can bring your own
tackle or he can provide that for you. Families with children
are always welcome and he loves to teach folks the how's and why's
of successful fishing - any type is ok with Capt. Jackie. He
has obtained a wealth of knowledge that makes him on of the most highly proficient

Howdy Folks,
Fishing this last month has been great. We have been catching lots
of redfish and an occasional trout. The water has warmed and the
tarpon have showed up. My clients and I have jumped 4 last week all
in the 150 pound class. if you want catch a fish on a fly rod this
is where to get it done.
